A series of snowy semi truck crashes forced the temporary closure of Interstate 90 in Washington on Thursday evening.
The crashes occurred on March 13th starting at approximately 5:30 p.m. along the Snoqualmie Pass.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the series of snowy crashed semi trucks shut down westbound Interstate 90 at Easton Pass and eastbound I-90 at near the summit.

The closure lasted until around 11:30 p.m. that night as officers and tow trucks worked to clear the crashed semi trucks, reported KOMO News.
“#Reminder winter weather can and is still happening on #SnoqualmiePass. Follow the restrictions and be prepared for winter travel over the next few days,” Washington State Patrol Trooper Rick Johnson warned.
