Authorities have increased the cash reward for information on a truck driver found shot near his semi truck in Midland, Texas, last year.

Crime Stoppers of Midland recently announced a $7000 cash reward in hopes of obtaining leads in the homicide of 26 year old truck driver Austin Winn.

Police believe that Winn was murdered on May 12, 2024, at some time between 9 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. in the 10400 block of W IH-20 in Midland, Texas.

When officers arrived on scene, Winn was found lying deceased from a gunshot wound on the ground next to his truck.

Winn was a third-generation livestock hauler from Oklahoma who was hauling horses at the time of his death.
