A truck driver has been arrested after fleeing the scene of a motorcycle accident on Friday morning.
The accident happened on August 4th in McAllen, Texas at 10:02 a.m. at the intersection of Tamarack Avenue and 10th Street.
According to Valley Central News, The semi truck crashed into a motorcycle and the truck driver ran away. The truck driver was later found by police. The woman on the motorcycle was taken to a nearby hospital for evaluation and treatment.
Charges are currently pending against the truck driver. The extent of the female motorcyclist’s injuries are not known. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
