The Wyoming Highway Patrol (WHP) is asking for public assistance in a hit-and-run collision involving a semi truck that occurred on I-80 on Friday.

WHP said that the hit-and-run crash occurred at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, April 25, near Rock Springs, Wyoming.

A commercial truck driver was standing outside of his parked vehicle on westbound I-80 at mile marker 99 when he was struck by another semi truck.

The driver of the truck that struck the truck driver left the scene.

Troopers say that the suspect vehicle’s company logo is believed to incorporate a red lion in the logo.

WHP shared several dash cam-sourced images of the suspect vehicle.
