Police officers tracked down a trucker believed to be involved in the accidental death of a homeless man outside of a loading dock in New Hampshire on Wednesday.
The accident happened on June 11th behind a grocery store in Bedford, New Hampshire just before 6 a.m.
According to WMUR 9, police were called to the area behind the Hannaford grocery store at 7 Kilton Road on reports of a man lying dead on the ground. Officers arrived, and the man was soon pronounced dead at the scene.
A preliminary investigation showed that the 62-year-old homeless man was likely sleeping under the tractor trailer parked at the loading dock when he was run over. The tractor trailer was no longer in the area at the time of the initial investigation.
Officers have since tracked down the truck driver, who is cooperating with investigators. No further information has been released.
