Pennsylvania State Police have a truck driver in custody 111 days after he first evaded capture on foot along a dirt road.
46-year-old Lee Dubois was spotted operating a tractor trailer on March 7th by a police officer looking to stop him for a previous active felony warrant in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. When the officer attempted to stop Dubois, the truck driver failed to yield and fled.
According to Fox 56, the truck driver eventually led police down a dirt road, where his tractor trailer became stuck. Dubois then exited his semi truck and fled the scene on foot, disappearing into the woods.
Dubois was able to evade police for 111 days until he was eventually apprehended on June 26th. Details surrounding his eventual capture have not been released.
Dubois is currently being held in the Schuylkill County Prison. His initial active felony warrant was for aggravated assault by motor vehicle.
