An oversize concrete beam snapped in half as it was hauled through an intersection in South Dakota on Tuesday.
The incident happened on Tuesday, July 16th in Rapid City, South Dakota at the intersection of Campbell Street and E. Minnesota Street at around 2 p.m.
According to the Rapid City Police Department, the oversize concrete beam “came unsecured from a semi truck” as the semi truck attempted a left turn through the intersection. Once unsecured, the beam crashed into the ground and broke in half, blocking the intersection.
