Multiple cars collided with logs in Virginia on Wednesday after a semi truck overturned.

The accident happened at 3:45 p.m. on July 26th near Route 33 and Route 17 in Gloucester, Virginia.

According to Fox 5 DC, the log truck was traveling on Route 17 and attempted to turn onto Route 33 when overturned, spilling the load of logs.

Four vehicles were struck by the falling logs, and a fifth car crashed into another log lying in the road. 33-year-old truck driver Princeal Graves and one motorist were transported to a hospital with minor injuries.

Police say that speed was a contributing factor in the crash, and charged Graves with reckless driving and failure to maintain control of a vehicle.
