Pop superstar Taylor Swift said thank you to the dozens of truck drivers who supported her on tour by reportedly handing out millions of dollars worth of bonuses.

According to TMZ, Swift, 33, handed out $100,000 bonus checks to each of her tour truck drivers over the weekend during a stop on the ‘Eras’ Tour in Santa Clara, California.

It takes at least 50 trucks to haul the equipment from venue to venue according to Jalopnik, so Swift’s total bonus payout to her trucker team was at least $5 million.

A large number of tour trucks are required due to the massive amount of equipment that the elaborate show requires — items like LED screens, speakers, lighting costumes, and an illuminated catwalk the length of a football field.

The trucks arrive at the next venue weeks before each show to allow for setup and preparation by advance teams.

The ‘Eras’ tour has generated $1 billion in sales.
