A car driver was involved in a wild crash that left his vehicle wedged into the second story of a house in Mifflin County, Pennsylvania.

The incident occurred on the evening of August 6 in Decatur Township.

Twenty year old Evan Miller was behind the wheel of a Toyota Corolla when, according to ABC 7, the car “launched” from a ditch or culvert and struck the second floor of a home, becoming stuck within the structure.

A homeowner was on the first floor when the crash occurred, but that person wasn’t hurt.

Miller was hospitalized with injuries.

A Pennsylvania State Police accident report states that “it was determined through investigation that the crash was an intentional act and charges are pending.”

Junction Fire Company shared several stunning photos of the damage that the crash did to the house.
