Trucking software company Tenstreet on March 31 announced it has closed its acquisition of driver and compliance management software provider DriverReach.

Tenstreet said the addition of the DriverReach recruiting and compliance management system adds to its existing suite of services that help connect carriers and drivers, with programs that help advance onboarding, compliance, safety, driver retention and efficiency. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“We’ve always believed that creating value for carriers and drivers is our main job,” Tenstreet CEO Tim Crawford said. “And that a key component of how we can do that is with scale. The combination of Tenstreet and DriverReach will give us the ability to create more value for all stakeholders.”
