A semi truck was stolen from a Connecticut dealership over the weekend and torched with fire soon after.

The incident started on March 30th at about 4:30 p.m. at the Peterbilt dealership in Berlin, Connecticut located at 206 Meadow Lane. 

According to Berlin Patch News, a Dodge Mega Cab pickup truck is potentially a vehicle of interest in the theft. 

The semi truck dealership says that the semi truck was found later that same evening with the “interior torched” in nearby New Haven. 

The Berlin Police Department is actively investigating the crime. No further information has been released.
