The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) recently arrested three individuals for a “large-scale diesel theft.”

On April 8, MCSO announced the arrest of the following three men on charges of engaging in organized crime- criminal syndicate and theft by unlawful taking or disposition all others $10,000 < $1,000,000:

• Yordano Solis, 32, of Louisville, Kentucky
• Lionnis Perez, 30, of Louisville, Kentucky
• Dariel Montero, 31, of Portland, Oregon

MCSO says that the three men took part in a “large-scale diesel theft, resulting in a loss of over $18,000.”

“The suspects used an electronic device to access the fuel from the pumps without paying for it. Through the investigation, it was discovered that the three suspects were stealing the fuel to support an over-the-road trucking business,” the sheriff’s office said.
