TravelCenters of America (TA) service centers are offering free inspection services to help truckers prep for May’s Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance’s International Roadcheck.

From April 29 through May 12, 2025, free mid-trip inspections are available at participating TA Truck Service locations nationwide.

The mid-trip inspections can help detect issues like worn brake pads, low tire pressure, and fuel leaks that could lead to inspection violations and possible downtime.

“You may notice warning signs in your vehicle that suggest it’s time for a mid-trip inspection. Maybe you’ve noticed an unusual noise, odor, vibration, smoke, or other performance issues while driving. Or maybe a warning light appears on your dashboard indicating your rig needs service. Other issues may not present obvious symptoms but can be checked for and preventatively identified during professional inspections,” said TA.

International Roadcheck is scheduled for May 13 through 15, 2025.
