The Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) shared body cam and dash cam video from a recent encounter with a commercial vehicle driver as a reminder not to drink and drive.

The video was captured on May 5, 2025, on the Ohio Turnpike in Fulton County.

OSHP’s video shows a semi truck swerving in and out of its lane, leading to a traffic stop. After the driver is out of the truck, you can see him struggle to stand, at one point requiring physical assistance from troopers to stay on his feet. A roadside sobriety test was administered and the driver was eventually arrested.

According to OSHP, the driver provided a breath sample which resulted in a BAC of .253.

WTOL identified the driver as Michigan resident Anthony Cascio, and said that as a result of the traffic stop, he received a $565 fine, two years of community control, and a year of license suspension.
